Cyber awareness · Content library
Keep security visible between campaigns
A monthly simulation and a training module are the backbone of a program. What makes it stick is everything in between: a newsletter people actually open, a poster by the printer, a tip that arrives the week a new scam goes round. The content library gives you all of it, ready to brand and send.

Nine kinds of content, one record of who received what
Training modules
Teaching a topic properly. Delivered through curricula, education campaigns, or straight after a simulation.
Quizzes
Checking it stuck: a question pool, multiple choice, three difficulty levels. Sent as quiz campaigns or attached to training.
Surveys
Asking staff what they see and need: open questions, multiple choice, checkboxes and rating scales, optionally anonymous.
Policy acknowledgements
A dated, named acceptance of a policy, attached as PDF or embedded, chased by reminders until it is in.
Newsletters
A regular, branded security bulletin, to everyone or to selected groups.
Security tips
One short, timely piece of advice, sent when it is relevant rather than on a schedule.
Posters
Visual reminders for offices, kitchens and print rooms. Print-ready PDF, or emailed inline or attached.
Screensavers
Ambient reminders on company screens, downloaded and deployed to devices.
Podcasts
Awareness for people who listen rather than read: drivers, field staff, commuters.
It should look like it came from you
Newsletters and tips carry your logo, banner, header and footer colors and footer text, and the sender name, address and subject are yours to set. Anything in the library can be copied and adapted, or written from scratch in the editor, down to the HTML source.
Content is held per language, so each person receives the version in their own. We add new material as threats and seasons change, and it is included in both the Platform and the Managed option.

The question auditors ask about "continuous" awareness
The awareness content report shows which newsletters, tips, posters and podcasts went to whom, and when. For an auditor asking whether awareness is continuous rather than annual, that is the answer in one export.
The part most programs skip
A short survey before a program tells you what people think the risks are, where they would report something suspicious, and whether they know who to call. Run it again a year later and you have a measure of culture, not just of clicks.
Responses can be anonymous, which is the only way to get an honest answer to some of those questions.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often from security and IT leaders.

A monthly newsletter and the occasional tip, timed to something real — tax season, holiday shopping, a scam that is in the news this week — works better than a weekly stream that people stop opening.
In the managed program the content calendar is aligned with the monthly simulation topic, so the newsletter and the test are about the same thing.
Yes. Posters download as print-ready PDFs for the places a poster actually works — by the printer, in the kitchen, at reception — and can also be emailed inline or as an attachment for teams with no shared office.
Yes. Every content type can be created from scratch or copied from the library and adapted. Newsletters and tips are edited in an HTML editor down to the source if you want that, posters upload as PDF, screensavers as images and podcasts as MP3.
