Security training people actually finish
Most awareness training fails at completion, not at content. Spirity Academy assembles short modules into learning paths with deadlines, reminders, quizzes and certificates, and keeps enrollment in step with your directory, so nobody has to chase anyone.

Short modules, many languages, several formats
A Hungarian employee gets the same course as a German one, in their own language — not an English video with subtitles.
- 700+ interactive modules covering phishing and social engineering, voice phishing, password security, safe browsing, data protection, physical security and more
- Several formats — short single-topic videos, scripted scenarios and gamified interactive lessons — so a topic can be taught more than one way
- Three difficulty levels for every quiz, so the depth matches the audience
- English, German and Hungarian across the catalog, with Spanish, French, Arabic and further languages available for multinational workforces
- New modules as we produce them, included in both the Platform and the Managed option
- Your own courses as SCORM, MP4, PDF, Word, PowerPoint or HTML, tracked exactly like ours
Training as a path, not a pile
A curriculum bundles several modules into one assignment, with the rules that decide whether anyone finishes it.
- 01
Order and strict schedule
Put the modules in sequence. With a strict schedule each one unlocks only after the previous one is complete.
- 02
Deadlines
Give each module a time frame. With the strict schedule, the next module appears when the current one falls due, which spreads learning over weeks rather than one afternoon.
- 03
Mandatory pass
Completion can require passing the quiz, not merely reaching the last slide.
- 04
Quizzes
Choose the difficulty and the pass mark, require every question to be answered, and decide whether people see their score and the correct answers.
- 05
Certificates
Issued automatically when a module, or a whole curriculum, is passed.
- 06
Reminders
Automatic follow-ups for overdue modules, at the interval and time of day you choose, with or without weekends.
- 07
Automatic extension
If overall completion is below your target when the end date arrives, the end date moves back by itself, so a low completion rate does not quietly close the campaign.
- 08
Staggered delivery
Send to everyone at once, or in percentage batches over time.
Enrollment that maintains itself
Assign a curriculum to people, groups or departments. Turn on automatic enrollment and anyone added to those groups is enrolled, whether by hand or by the nightly directory synchronization. Anyone removed is un-enrolled.
A new joiner in Finance gets the Finance path without anyone remembering to assign it.
- Active trainings and curricula, with what is due next
- Completed trainings, with the certificates earned
- All trainings — a catalog people can explore and start on their own initiative
Assignments arrive by email, in a branded template, in the employee’s language.
Four ways a module reaches somebody
Curricula are one route. All of these record against the same person and feed the same awareness score.
After a simulation
The matching module opens the moment someone falls for a simulated attack.
Education campaigns
A single module sent by email, with an optional follow-up quiz.
Quiz campaigns
Knowledge checks drawn from a question pool, with certificates for those who pass.
Policy acknowledgement
A module shown before or after a policy, so the acceptance is an informed one.

Most are a few minutes. The library is built for short, single-topic sessions that fit into a working day, and the catalog can be sorted by duration when you are assembling a path, so you can see what you are asking of people before you assign it. Longer scripted courses exist for the topics that genuinely need them.
Yes. SCORM packages, video, PDF, Word, PowerPoint and HTML can all be uploaded and assigned like any other module, with completion and quiz results tracked the same way.
One exception worth knowing: a policy that needs a signature is better sent as a policy acknowledgement than as a training module, because that records a dated acceptance against a named person, which is what an auditor asks for.
Not in the platform’s own modules, which are delivered with skipping disabled. For content you upload yourself, you choose.
And if the curriculum requires passing the quiz, reaching the end is not enough in any case — which is the more useful control of the two, because it measures what someone took in rather than how long the tab was open.
No. Each person receives their assignments in their own preferred language automatically, with the quizzes and certificates following the same language.
English, German and Hungarian are the three we deliver as standard here, and the catalog also runs in Spanish, French, Arabic and further languages — so a team spread across several countries is trained in their own languages rather than everyone defaulting to English.
Your administrators see everything. Managers can be given reports covering their own reporting lines, built from the hierarchy in your directory rather than maintained by hand. Learners see only their own trainings, scores and certificates.
How much detail managers get is a decision worth taking before the first campaign rather than after it, and in several of our clients it was agreed with the works council first.
